Delete your TalcTech Rooms account
You can ask us to delete your TalcTech Rooms account and the personal information linked to it at any time. This page is for everyone, whether or not the app is still installed.
Option 1: In the app
- Sign in and open Account.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
Option 2: Without the app
- Email info@talctechng.com with the subject Delete my TalcTech Rooms account.
- Send it from the email address on your account, so we can check it is you. We may ask you one or two questions to confirm.
- We will confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Before you delete
- Finish any active booking, pending payout or open dispute. We will tell you if something is holding up deletion.
- Executive Customers: switch off monthly renewal in Account first. Deleting your account ends your subscription.
What happens to your information
